Our journal has a circulation of approximately 1200 and is distributed to financial members of the Society, family history and genealogical societies worldwide, and selected public libraries.

Members Interests

Financial members may submit a list of research interests for publication in Queensland Family Historian. Members Interests entries are free of charge.

Help Wanted 
Financial members

You may submit two (2) free advertisements of 100 words or less per member per year. If you require more than two advertisements in a year, then non-member rates apply. 

Non-members

We charge non-members AUD$8.80 for Help Wanted advertisements of 100 words or less. If your advertisement is more than 100 words, the cost will be pro rata.  

Notes

Please include your name, email address, phone number with area code, and postal address. Also include your membership number, if applicable. Personal details are not included in the word count. Members Interests and members Help Wanted advertisements will appear in the journal following their receipt, as space permits. QFHS will not alter advertisements without consultation with the author.
